Regular swim team practice starts tomorrow (Monday). Our schedule for the next two weeks (May 18th-28th) is:

5:15-6:00pm    K-2^nd Grade
6:00-6:45pm    3^rd-5^th Grade
6:45-7:30pm    6^th-12^th Grade

*The coaches will meet swimmers on the pool deck to start each practice. 

*Parents are not required to stay during practice. We ask that parents who do stay to watch practice do so from the upper deck or baby pool area. This helps eliminate distractions and allows every swimmer to feel independent. This encourages the swimmer/coach trust to build quickly as well. 

*Swimmers should be prepared to get in the water every day, although we may NOT get in the water every day. Wear suits under clothes and wear/bring tennis shoes for dryland training. 

*Daily attendance is encouraged. We understand our swimmers are juggling other sports and activities as well as important end of the school year things, but we want swim team to also be a priority. Our first meet will be here fast.

*Settlers Landing swim caps will be available for purchase on Monday & Tuesday. Latex caps are $5 and silicone caps are $15. Cash and Venmo payments will be accepted. We will spend practice time teaching/learning how to put a cap on and how to help a teammate with his/her cap.

*It's not too late to register for swim team. Please encourage friends and neighbors to join us for what surely will be a super fun summer of swimming.

8:00-8:40am 7&Younger
8:40-9:30am 8-10 year olds
9:30-10:30am 11&Older

*We will announce alternate schedules for meet days and the days after meets.
