Other Info:

• Make sure you create a Swimtopia account. This is where most communication and other information can be found.
• Please note that NO swimmers, adults, siblings, or friends should be in any portion of the pool(s) during a meet unless swimming in warm-up or an event. This includes diving well, baby pools and hanging feet into the water.

• How will I know what events my child is swimming at the meet?
  • Coaches will communicate the meet line-up. Please let coaches know a week ahead of time if your swimmer will not be at a meet.
  • Remember to check and see if your child is in a relay- these are at the start of the swim meet for 8&under and at the end of the swim meet for 9&older.
• What are some of the RMAL rules I might want to know?
  • Look at the RMAL-library section of their website to find information regarding: What causes a swimmer to disqualify, how points are given, tallied, and a team winner determined, CHAMPS qualifying times

May 18th-28th
5:15-6:00pm Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade
6:00-6:45pm 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade
6:45-7:30pm Middle School & High School

June 1st-July 13th
8:00-8:40am 7&Younger
8:40-9:30am 8-10 year olds
9:30-10:30am 11&Older

2026 Swim Meet Schedule

RMAL Swim Champs

Swimmers who achieve a qualifying time in a specific event/events are invited to compete for Settler’s Landing in the Championship meet located at SwimRVA. Sometimes the league will open slots to a wider range of times to capture a specific number of swimmers in each event. Relays are built at the coaches discretion.

2026 Date: July 14, 2026

Location: SwimRVA

Times: TBD but split into 12&under (AM session) and 13&older (PM session).
